Reflections from a visitor Paper writen by a student who visited the group.

Our goal is to support and educate people with bipolar disorder and depression. You are not alone and we’re here to help. We also provide support, hope, and insight to family and friends.

The Greater Grand Rapids Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance is a local branch of the national (DBSA). We have been supporting individuals for over 20 years with peer-facilitated meetings that focus on self-empowerment through support and education on mood disorders.
